Our client, a well known credit union located in Vienna, VA, is seeking a Loan Processor.
The Loan Processor is responsible for contacting members, reviewing applications, reviewing assets, calculating debit/ratio, structuring a loan, some underwriting duties, clearing conditions, and making sure the loan meets the correct criteria. The Equity Processor will be working with lotus notes, word, excel and internal databases.
Must Have:
Experience in the mortgage industry
Knowledge of FHA/Conventional Loans
