Job Description

• Answer phones,  forward calls and take messages
• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable duties
• Accurate data entry
• Composing emails
• Pull reports as required
• Process PO #’s
• Contact trades workers when superintendent is in the field
• Job safety reports

Job Requirements

• Have good computer skills and knowledge of basic office equipment
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to relate to construction workers and customers
• Be able to lift up to 25lbs
• May need Steel toe shoes/boots as work will be on the construction jobsites

Ideal Candidates

• Previous construction experience preferred
• Committed to safety at all times
• Excellent attendance

Pay Rate:$10-12 hour BOE

Shift/Hours: Days
