About this job

The Account Manager (AM) is at the center of our client’s relationship. The AM will manage and service the relationship by directing and coordinating the client interaction with other necessary internal resources to ensure excellent customer service.
The AM serves as the day-to-day contact with the client. He/she has a critical role in building, solidifying and enhancing client relationships in order to retain existing revenue and identify new opportunities for incremental business for the sales executives to refine and develop to close.

Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Assess business risk for potential cancels and deploy revenue retention.
- Develop a clear understanding of the client’s business and technology goals.

- Coordinate all non-administrative pre- and post-sales activities, including product review sessions/demos and collecting/reporting to client.
- Responsible for educating and updating clients on changes/enhancements

- Sales- work closely with the sales team on all aspects of new business initiatives and client issues.
- Client Services, Development Support and Operations- assure client is aware of and properly utilizing all service and support available. Coordinate hardware or technology upgrades, client migrations, etc.

Requirements
- BA/BS Degree
- Healthcare expereience REQUIRED
- Ability to work with little oversight
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
