Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is one of the newest and best sandwich franchises in the Orange County Market and is looking for a mature, passionate, and responsible person to join our team and grow our business! We only expect the best from our food quality, service, atmosphere, and employees. The candidates will train to learn all aspects of the business including Guest Service, Sandwich Assembly for both Cold and Hot Grilled Subs/Sandwiches, and responsibilities including Shift Management. They must provide ALL customers with the ultimate guest service experience and will be required to work in teams and have the ability to multi-task in various customer service and kitchen responsibilities in the sandwich shop. Our company plans to build the Capriotti's brand throughout the Orange County Market internally with up to 35locations within the next five years, thus creating ground breaking, new career opportunities for all those involved.
