Endoscopy Nurse - (Endo RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D/E Pay Rate: $28.00 - 30.00

This Endoscopy Unit boasts cutting-edge technology housed within a compassionate, effective patient care model. Within this innovative Endoscopy Unit, your expertise will be used to provide optimal patient care. Expect to grow professionally while providing high-level care to those most in need.

The role of the endoscopy nurse is to provide care for patients with gastrointestinal problems during therapeutic or investigative procedures. The endoscopic RN assists the physician(s) performing the endoscopic procedure while monitoring the patient’s conscious sedation status to increase safety and prevent discomfort. The endoscopic nurse also helps to maintain the specialized equipment of the endoscopy unit, a Special Procedures unit in which healthcare professionals utilize a visualizing scope to view the patient’s lungs or gastrointestinal tract.

Level 1 trauma exp
facility will now accept traveler profiles who do not have a BSN, but they do have to have 3-5 years of travel experience.
