Coater Operator- 3rd Shift - Full-time

CoWorx Staffing is currently recruiting for Coaters for a manufacturing company in Millbury, MA. This position works in a team environment, and is responsible for the following job duties:

Summary: Once trained, the coater will ensure the operation of the treater will produce materials within acceptable specification parameters in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the startup, operation, clean and shut down of the coating equipment.
* Follows test procedures
* Documentation of results during and completion of production run
* Verifies quality and reports issues/defects to Lead Coater
* Assists Lead Person with assigned tasks
* Ensure all equipment and work area are clean and set up for the following shift
* Package, label, and place on skids and bands finished rolls as required
* Cleans equipment with appropriate solvents
* Operates Hoist
* Other duties as assigned

Hours: Monday- Friday 10pm-6am


Job Requirements

Requirements:
* Previous Manufacturing experience
* High School Diploma or GED
* Dependable TEAM player
* Reliable and safety conscience
* Ability to work with hazardous chemicals and loud machine noises
* Ability to move, bend, push and lift up to 60lbs.
