About this job
We are currently looking for a candidate who will support the sales goals of the insurance agent.
Responsibilities will be as follows:
- Answer all incoming calls from potential customers who are looking for insurance coverage
- Obtaining all documentation for the policy and ensuring the information is updated accurately in the computer system
- Schedule appointments with potential customers and greet them when they walk in
- Coordinate Thank You and Welcome letters for new households on a continual basis
- Utilize the ECMS system to update policy and database information
- Review cancellation and renewal lists on a weekly basis to ensure high level of retention and profitability.
- Set up files and maintain business accounts
- Always ask for referrals
- Manager the marketing aspect
*Obtain Property and Causality license and sell policies (no cold calling involved)*
