Jersey Mike’s Subs located in Mukilteo, WA is looking for a Qualified Quick Service Manager. Interested candidates should have:
Description of Position:
-Leadership presence and involvement in Shift Management
- Delivers Service Excellence
- Develops Staff and Peers
- Inspirational leadership leading to operational excellence
- Deliver the highest quality of food in a fast paced environment
- Consistent execution of all systems, standards and processes
- P&L responsibility and accountability
- Place Food, Produce, Beverage and Store Supply orders
- Not afraid of technology and posses an ability to use Basic PC tools like MS Excel, Word & the Internet
- No Late Nights or Crazy Early Mornings. Closers typically out by 9:30pm, Openers normally start by 8:00am -- But ability to fluctuate schedule based on the Store/Business needs.
- Prior experience with a deli meat slicer preferred
- Inventory control (food & product cost)

- Ability to stand, bend, reach scoop and regularly lift 30-40 lbs throughout shift
- Flexibility to travel for training when required
Candidates must be guest driven, friendly, professional, and experienced. Must be able to be a team player, handle high-volume quick service, be detailed oriented and want to work for the best sub shop in town.
Pay Depends on Experience: $10-$14 per hr + tips adds another $3/hr + accrued vacation after probation period
