Spartan is currently hiring an experienced Carpenter in Buda, TX. This is an excellent opportunity with a great company!

Carpenter Job Description

As a Carpenter, you will construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, metal studs, and drywall using carpenter's hand tools and power tools making sure to conform to local building codes. There may also be some light landscaping work involved.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Experience in residential carpentry
• Bring your own tools
• Ability to comprehend schematic diagrams, blueprints, sketches, building plans, and other specifications required by our client for information pertaining to the type of material required to get job done
• Strong working knowledge of job site safety
• High standard of integrity and professionalism
• Steel Toe Shoes
• Willing to submit to a criminal Background Check and Drug Screen

Ideal Carpenter Candidates

• Relevant experience preferred
• Associates Degree preferred
• Committed to safety at all times
• Excellent attendance

Pay Rate: $14-$20 hour

Shift/Hours: 1st Shift, 8 AM-5 PM, 40 hours plus
