About this job

Our client is looking to hire a mid-level Office Manager to join their team. They are a small business so this Office Manager will need to be able to manage multiple tasks and projects at once. Qualified Office Managers will have experience with running the front desk (greeting, mailing, answering phones), managing vendors, support executive team, planning special meetings, completing expense reports, and other general administrative tasks.

Qualified Candidates will have:
-4+ years in cross-functional office management role for a small to mid size office
-Ability to multitask
-Experience with managing front desk, office inventory, supporting multiple executives and performing general admin tasks as needed
