Accounting Clerk/Accounts Payable - Full-time / Part-time

Properly review, code, enter, and process all approved payables, such as trade/vendor invoices, utilities, transplant expense reports, etc.
Reconcile and balance payables accounts on a daily and monthly basis.
Work with vendors to make required payment arrangements such as wire transfers, checks, credit cards, etc.
Communicate with internal and external contacts and vendors regarding outstanding accounts payables issues.
Set up and process check runs & wire transfer payments; assemble voucher packages and routes to authorized signers. Uploads positive pay file on bank website.
Assist Controller and/or Accounting Manager with other projects such as processing core returns, assisting with external audits and compliance/regulatory initiatives.
Review Vendor Statements to ensure that we are in agreement with the o/s balances.
