Property Maintenance Technician Job Description
Property maintenance technician will be responsible for apartment building, utility, and grounds maintenance work. Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Install and repair plumbing and electrical systems and equipment
- Paint with rollers, brushes and/or spray equipment
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and preventative maintenance for HVAC systems
- Property Maintenance associate will use hand and power tools to fix, repair and install equipment and fixtures for residential property
Ideal Property Maintenance Candidates
- 1 year experience preferred
- Possess current HVAC certification
- Committed to safety at all times
- Excellent attendance
Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour to start
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 – 12 hour shifts
