Crew Chief (Supervisory)

Manage and Complete assigned jobs according to company processes. Responsible for maintaining quality control on each job. On-call schedule to respond to emergency jobs: set up and establish efficient job flow; coordinate requirements for the job, complete job documentation, perform and supervise production work, and monitor assigned jobs from start to finish. All safety procedures are to be followed and enforced on the job site. You will perform sales and marketing activities, including add-on sales and security checks.

REQUIREMENTS:

Possess strong management, leadership, team building, and organizational skills
Ability to make quick, logical decisions on short notice
Strong oral and written skills are needed to communicate job processes and instructions
Ability to resolve customer/adjuster concerns and/or complaints in a timely professional manner
Possess basic math skills
Basic office skills, including a knowledge of computers, iPads and office equipment. Experience with Xactimate estimating software is a plus
Train production technicians
