Join Pitney Bowes as our Director, Product Marketing, Digital Commerce

The Director reports directly to the VP, Marketing Strategy and Communications, Digital Commerce, and works with global and cross-functional management.
  • Lead the product marketing strategy for Digital Commerce Growth.
  • Ensure the Digital Commerce Growth product marketing team successfully contributes to the organization attaining its revenue and EBIT targets.
  • Interface with the Digital Commerce business unit product management, marketing strategy and planning, program managers, Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), digital marketing, market intelligence, analyst relations and marketing operations teams.
  • Develop value proposition for key products and solutions
  • Work with Segment, Region and Partner Managers to understand priorities, positioning and key gaps/needs
  • Drives channel enablement capability to align with programs
  • Provide field & inside sales enablement/account-based marketing
  • Act as advocate and champion of products and goals both internally and externally

Qualification

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. 10-15 years progressive marketing and communications experience with 3-5 years specific to software and eCommerce.
Ability to work in a matrix environment partnering with product management teams
Experience in product or solutions marketing
Understanding ofmultiple sales channels and their specific dynamicsand needs
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships across functional groups throughout the enterprise.
