The HouseCalls Regional Manager is responsible for oversight and accountability for achieving expected performance of our House Calls practitioners. 

 

The HouseCalls Regional Manager is responsible for making recommendations for improved performance in each area. Additionally, the Regional Manager, with the Director of Clinical Field Operations and other department heads; as appropriate, will analyze financial and operational reports to identify variances from established standards.  The House Calls Regional Manager will create and implement corrective action plans in regards to financial metrics associated with medical management program operations and expenses.

 

The House Calls Regional Clinical Manager will be responsible to oversee a team of House Calls Team Managers  throughout the following: North Carolina, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rode Island

 

General Responsibilities of the House Calls Regional Manager will include, but is not limited to:


  • Leading and directing all operational functions to ensure optimal performance

  • Establishing and maintaining quality and performance indicators to ensure all components accomplish agreed upon goals and objectives

  • Creating operational and financial models, identifying variances in performance and recommending corrective actions as necessary

  • Identifying,  researching,  and providing appropriate recommendations for improving processes and implementing new programs

  • Developing regional budgets for each fiscal year in collaboration with the leadership team 

  • Monitoring  regional performance metrics on a monthly basis

  • Working with Training and Development to develop education and training for the clinical teams

  • Ensuring staff receives appropriate orientation, training, and ongoing professional development

  • Providing mentoring and support for Clinical Team Managers and  House Calls Practitioners

  • Assuring performance adheres with established quality standards, evidenced based practice guidelines and departmental benchmarks and workflows

  • Providing management and oversight of vendor relationships in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Field Operations

  • Leading the innovation and development of the HouseCalls program

  • Participating in monthly in-office team meetings in Baltimore, MD

  • Participating and leading committees as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:


  • NP (license and national certification, ANCC or AANP, active, unencumbered licensure free from any open/unresolved disciplinary actions including probation or restrictions against privilege to practice

  • Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in their highest level of education

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant supervisory/management experience

  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Access

  • Superior communication skills necessary

  • Demonstrated excellence in business operations/development

  • Demonstrated ability to lead by influence

  • Ability to work in fast paced and dynamic environment

  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory as needed

 

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience within a start-up environment

  • Experience within a healthcare delivery or health plan/insurance setting

  • Demonstrated excellence in financial management and/or oversight

  • Strong management/team building and motivational skills
