Test Technician
Purpose of Position:
The primary role of this position is to provide high quality repair and preventative
maintenance services for all brand equipment supported through the Service Center.
This position may involve mentoring and guidance of the Service Technician I staff
member(s).

Essential Functions:
- Use established ISO work instructions to provide repair, calibration, certification and
preventative maintenance services for all brand equipment.
- Provide technical assistance as needed to customers, Field Service staff and Technical
Consulting Services.
- Determine the amount to bill customer within a framework of charges using
computerized service systems.
- Provide input to new product design teams as assigned.
- Training of internal staff and external customers.
- Accurate inventory management.

Education, Background and Skill Requirements
- Two-year technical degree in electronics or equivalent experience.
- Proven customer interaction skills
- Good computer skills.
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work.
- Ability to work safely around electrical and mechanical hazards.
- Willingness to work with products returned from industrial and wastewater sites (protective
inoculations available).
- Availability for travel as required.

Employees may be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while working
in the field which may include: eye and hearing protection, protective smock, steel toe shoes,
gloves, hard hats, or face shields.

Drug Test and Background check required.

1st shift available: 7am-3:30pm Monday - Friday
