Aerotek is seeking a qualified candidate for a First Response Dispatcher position for our client in Maryland Heights, MO. Our client is a very successful provider of data center solutions and consulting for mission critical facilities.
Basic Job Responsibilities:
-Dispatcher is responsible for monitoring data center hubs.
-Dispatch vendors for critical alarms and document transactions and interactions with customers and vendors.
-Monitor the weather to be proactive with storms that are expected to hit for each region
-Communicate with vendors, clients, and engineers via phone and email.
-Become proficient with two systems, an internal system and remedy client system.
-Determine the location and what the issue is, escalate to engage or dispatch vendor and/or engineering staff.
-Involvement in Work Order Management and Purchase Order Routing
-Create and modify remedy change tickets
Qualifications:
-College degree preferred
-Proficient with Microsoft Office and be able to pass basic testing in Excel and data entry
-Excellent customer service skills and high level of professionalism. This is NOT a call center role.
-Possess strong individual drive and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment
