About this job
As a Quality Analyst, you will play an integral part in the overall risk management strategy of the company.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Review and analysis of written insurance policies, service interactions, documents, and notes for completeness and accuracy
- Working closely with sales and service agents to correct errors, and improve quality of insurance policies, client experience, and internal documentation
- Running a variety of analytics on policies written and service interactions to identify trends and recommend process enhancements, improvements, and controls
- Collaboration with Director of Risk Management in developing risk management strategy
Compensation is competitive including a base salary and bonus. Current benefits include: 401(k) plan, disability, medical, dental and vision insurance, and two weeks paid vacation.
About You:
We are looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Prior analyst experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- 3.0+ GPA
