You will draw on your technical background in welding or metal fabrication and your years of supervisory experience. You will be working with a team of supervisors to coordinate smooth production operations, delegating responsibilities to workers, and managing and motivating workers to improve quality and safety. Responsibilities will include setting and meeting daily production goals, ensuring proper protocols are being followed, evaluating employee performance, and communicating with management. Your management style will need to be a hands on approach and emphasize lean manufacturing practices. This position requires a high school diploma and computer skills such as Microsoft Word and Excel. This full time, permanent position has a 3pm - 2am schedule.
