They also have more than 500 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers Job Description: Dietary Aides perform the following task: *Provides assistance to the chef/cook in the preparation and service of all meals and snacks and in accordance with all scheduled meals and snack times *Putting meals together based on patient menus following guidelines taking into account food restrictions and dietary constraints for patients. *Plating food and beverages which will be served by the nursing staff. *Serves on the buffet dining line, serving food to the resident according to the instruction on the tray card. *Prepares salads, desserts, beverages, and toast for the resident meal service. *Carrying trays and cooking materials into the utility room for washing.
