About this job

Interact with customers via phone or email to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Alternate Job Titles Include: Customer Service Representative; Call Center Representative; Contact Center Agent. Assistance customers with orders, order information, tracking, etc. You will not be taking orders but helping answer questions regarding an order. You will be taking phone calls, answering emails and assisting via live chat. You MUST be comfortable communicating in person and in type format.
