Full-Time Call Center Opportunities - $13-$14/hr

$13.00/hr. + $1.00/hr. project completion bonus accrued and paid at the successful completion of the project 37.5-40 hrs/week Available to work 8:30am-6pm, M-F The American Cancer Society is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate team members to make a difference by working as an MSABC Recruiter for the Society's Annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer (MSABC) walk. This is an opportunity to use your people skills to encourage businesses to participate in a Making Strides event to raise money for breast cancer awareness. The successful Recruiter will provide a high level of customer service to support team development and fundraising utilizing a range of tools including websites and social media. This position is temporary and will be supporting MSABC events through October 2014. If you are passionate about helping others and love talking on the phone, we want to hear from you! We are conducting phone screens and in-person interviews this week and next week and will be contacting qualified individuals immediately. Position Qualifications/Requirements: *Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment *Must be comfortable spending majority of time on the phone *Must maintain an excellent attendance record during this project *Exceptional verbal communication, persuasion and motivation skills *Strong customer service & sales skills *Prior experience working with volunteers a plus *Able to communicate accurately and effectively using email *Experience with social media & web site navigation *Accurate data entry skills /moderate computer skills *Possess and exhibit an outgoing, friendly positive demeanor *Focused, organized, and detail oriented *Ability/willingness to learn and apply new skills quickly *Employ discretion, tact, and empathy; pro-active and intuitive people skills
