Toolmaker

Multiple direct hire 2nd shift Toolmaker positions available! Recruiting on behalf of a well-known company in Grand Haven, MI looking for experienced Toolmakers for 2nd shift. This is a direct-hire opportunity paying $21.00/hr with an off-shift premium. Qualified candidates need to possess a Journeyman's Card in Tool and Die or 8 years experience as a Tool Maker and minimum of 4 years as a Tool Maker or completion of an Apprenticeship Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence as well as being able to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Main job duties will be analyzing specifications, laying out metal stock, setting up and operating machine tools and fitting and assembling parts to fabricate and repair metalworking dies, jigs, fixtures, etc. Please reply to this posting ASAP if you meet the qualifications above as you do not miss out on this awesome permanent opportunity!
