Preferred Qualification: Experience in a call center environment, able to type 35+ words per minute, great communication skills, ability to learn new software, exceptional customer service, and a team player Duties Include: *Answering customer calls pertaining to order status and tracking *Managing customer expectations professionally with positive results *Maintain knowledge of all product lines *Handle unsatisfied customers in a professional manner. Understand the areas of empowerment's and when to escalate through proper channels *Understanding of department metrics and reporting Qualifications and skill requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, minimum of two years related customer service experience, outstanding phone etiquette, and strong time management skills Day and afternoon shifts available!
