We are seeking highly professional, computer savvy, outgoing individuals for a personal assistant/admin position with a real estate company in Irondequoit. The broker/owner is selling real estate, recruiting agents, and the position will be supporting him, with coordinating his schedule, helping maintain and coordinate transactions, helping with other agent support that relates to the broker owner, tracking of marketing materials meeting deadlines, data tracking (client based), assisting with office issues if any (printers, phones, ect.), weekly meetings will be held to make sure marketing is on schedule and clients are being serviced properly. There will be no going no cold calls, majority of contact will be with existing clients, so they must be customer service oriented and be very well spoken!! 20-30 hours a week. Temp-to-perm.
