Overall Summary:
"Candidate Hosting Program" will meet and greet candidates that come in for interviews at local company offices. Candidate Hosts will be familiar with the office layout at the location where they will be hosting the candidate. Using strong people skills, the Candidate Host will interact with the candidate and interviewers from various teams, the recruiter or coordinators who will set up each interview and facilities. Ultimately facilitate a smooth, memorable interview experience.
Job Description/Roles & Responsibilities:
Host Activity:
Call candidates 30 minutes prior to interview to check status/provide directions, smooth over any potential issues
Acknowledge and cordially greet candidates as they arrive at the Company location
-Ensure all admissions onto Company property possess a guest badge
Escort and set up candidates up in conference rooms per interview details
Dial in and connect with the interviews via video conferencing details
Ensure seamless pass off to interviewers which may involve providing the interview teams with reminders and timekeeping support
Review interview schedule with candidates as needed
Heavy candidate, recruiting coordinator and interviewer interactions
-Fully support provided to all reguests
Deliver a positive Company Candidate Experience
Host lunch with candidate(s) as required
Be available to show candidate around (bathroom, micro kitchen, etc)
-Hand out floor plans as requested
-Conduct building tours, as needed
Administrative & Program Support:
Provide support to programs Team and employees with various projects as needed: moderate to complex administrative tasks, equipment management, scan, print and copy as requested
Interact with cross functional teams
Consistent timely attention to greets requests and information requests
-Respond to all emails within a 48 hr time period
-Respond to all voicemails within a 24 hr time period and/or next business day
Collect documents from the candidate and scan them to the recruiting coordinator as necessary
Collect and document activity on a daily basis
-Tracking accurate statistics is critical to the program (such as, hours worked, greets, etc
Complete any other tasks assigned by Manpower Management
Ensure all your docs/resources are current, accurate and complete
Ensure constant communication including schedule communication with Manpower Program Management. Provide immediate escalation updates to Manpower Program Management to assist with quick resolution of problems.
Location: Mountain View, CA
Hours/Days: On Call Monday - Friday, 8am -5pm. Flexibility required, may need to shift schedule on occasion. Position is based on greets and seasonal demand of business needs.
