Bilingual Call Center Openings Location: Franklin, WI Industry: Financial Organization We are currently hiring for bilingual call center representatives at a well-known financial company that is located in Franklin. Benefits include a FREE lunch each day! These openings are new to the company as they expand their support that they offer to their clients by providing English and Spanish speaking Customer Service Reps. We are looking for candidates that are fluent in English and Spanish to assist customers that are calling in to discuss their information in regards to their policies that they own with the company. The phone calls can be basic questions about changing contact information, accessing the website or payment questions. We are looking for candidates that have strong problem solving skills that can identify the customer's problems and assist them with their needs. Since this position is in the financial industry there are policies that need to be followed for discussing personal information, so decision making will also be an important skill for a candidate. The phone calls are all inbound to the call center. We are looking for prior customer service experience. The hours for the position are Mon-Fri and between 7am-6:30pm. The hours once selected are set; it is not a rotating schedule unless there is a discussion first to make changes. The pay rate for the position is $16.50 an hour. Candidates that have prior experience, will be qualified through a Customer Service Simulation that the company has for the call center. After the testing is complete, there is an interview in the hiring process. Once a new employee is hired, the company does go through training to discuss the policies and procedures for the position and other aspects of the position. This training lasts for about two weeks and is paid training. Since this is a new option they are offering, we do not have an estimate on the number of phone calls that will be from Spanish speaking customers. This is an exciting opportunity, since this is a brand new focus for the company. The positions are contract, but it is an opportunity to learn more about the company.
