They perform interrelated activities that deliver the primary service provided by the business function. They have knowledge and experience in using a few specialized tools and procedures to address the requester's needs. Primary measurement is customer satisfaction with the handling of the requests. 2nd and 3rd shift handle dispatch of calls, including outcall. Communicate heavily with the field and exercise judgment in contacting after hours support. Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned. Turnover target not to exceed 25%, measured once steady state for the project is achieved.
