Experienced Project Coordinator - Part-time

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, supports the marketing management staff in facilitating the development of 2015 media kits to support Pharma Solutions Commercial Sales team.

Main responsibilities include:
-Media Kit development (approximately 25 media kits total)
-Support Marketing team in managing workflow of each project from start to finish
-Obtain and organize project materials
-Develop project timelines
-Ensure that the project teams adhere to project deadlines

Tasks performed
-Gather 2015 information (including new rates, images, print specs, bonus distribution, etc.) and mark up existing 2014 media kit PDFs with edits for 2015
-Review design proofs and provide first pass copy edits and design edits
-Field and collate edits from Sales team, publishers, etc. to existing collateral and collaborate with designer to implement
-Provide creative direction, edits, and feedback to outside partners (art directors and copywriters)
