About this job

SUMMARY: Provides a variety of customer service support functions and data entry tasks for the organization by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned


Service and Repair Data Entry
Receives returned goods from customers
Enter product returned from customers and end users into the computer system for processing by the repair staff.
Notifies customers that their repair items have been received. (e-mail, phone or postcard)
Takes call regarding the status of the customer’s repairs
Takes information from customers for the processing of their returns.

Customer Service Support
Creates and processes sales orders for customer service department
Packs and ships completed repairs
Handles special service department requests

Other Duties
Performs firmware updates on various RC devices
Assists with the quality control process
Other Duties will be assigned as necessary

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Detail oriented with accurate data entry skills
Strong written and verbal skills.
Proficient with MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access)
Knowledge of MAS-90/200 accounting system a plus
