Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required (in business, organizational management, or related field). 3-5 years of experience in human resources. Ability to develop a knowldge of local, state, and federal employment regulations. Facilitation and presentation skills. Strong written and oral skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Moderate to advanced computer skills including use of HRIS data base, timekeeping system. Self Motivated; can lead change. Ability to work successfully in a cross functional team environment.
