Customer Service II

Oversee all aspects of high volume accounts relating to the transportation of goods and the maintenance of the client’s needs. Work with clients to establish detailed profiles and procedures that properly represent their export process. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

• High School Diploma or GED required. • Four to six years related experience. • One to three years industry experienc preferred. • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds. • PC literate. • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications. • Accurate typing skills and/or data entry skills. • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using units of U.S. or international currency, weight, volume and distance measurements. • Manages complex transactional or emotional customer situations promptly and professionally meeting commitments for service and assistance. • Read, analyze and interpret complex procedures or regulations, and write correspondence and procedural documents. • Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. • Recommends solutions to common problems. • Gives and welcomes feedback, contributes to building a positive team spirit. • Consistently at work and on time.
