About this job
Looking for a marketing assistant to join their team. Need to find someone who has previous marketing experience. This person will provide coordination and support for customers with marketing plans and schedules, ensuring timely execution of direct advertising initiatives. This person will be helping with the mailing and directing of marketing material, help scheduling and complete projects.
Listed below are the daily responsibilities:
-Support customers direct advertising programs/promotions through creation, printing, delivery and invoicing of dispenser mailings:
-Respond to customer requests for marketing information
-Work with customers via phone and email to coordinate logistics of local direct mail and newspaper advertising initiatives
-Work with customers post event to obtain results of promotions
-Work with customers to plan future promotions
-Assist customers with our online marketing site —register, tours, questions
-Enter customer information, events and tasks into our CRM system (SFDC)
-Assist with other projects as needed
