We have a opening for a Maintenance Manager.
Must be able to work at least 5 shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.
- Must have 3 or more years experience.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Background check required.
Wage: $18 - $ 20 DOE
Requirements
G&K has an immediate need for a Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the apartment community including the supervision of all administrative and physical aspects.
Job Duties
- Turning apartments, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and interior paint
- Repair and replace parts, corrective maintenance and ground maintenance
- Diagnose and solve maintenance problems
- Ensure all work is done in a timely manner and follow up
- Responsible for the physical upkeep of the property and all janitorial duties
- Perform day-to-day janitorial cleaning of the interior and exterior of the apartment community
Job Requirements:
- Property Maintenance experience
- Must be able to work with residents, vendors, management, and co-workers
- Good written and verbal skills
- Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
- Computer skills a must
