Goldrich & Kest Management Co., Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our Kings Canyon Apartments in Fresno, CA. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and grounds for the apartment community.
Responsibilities:
* Turning apartment units.
* Perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs.
* Communicate well with residents and management staff.
* Experience with:
- Painting, drywall, and repairs
- Electrical such as inspecting and testing lighting, wiring and power circuits, and switches
- Installing/ replacing doors, moldings, hinges and locks
- Experience with tiling/grouting, repair and installation
- Diagnosing and repairing heating and air-conditioners
- Mechanical equipment and appliances
- Plumbing repairs and maintenance
