Position Title: Quality Inspector
Reports To: Quality Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
*Understands how the QOS systems work and how to follow the procedures as well as the equipment used in this operation.
*Evaluating the customer's product specifications and examining them with their requirements.
*Setting quality assurance compliance objectives to achieve the targets.
*Promoting performance improvement and quality assurance for manufacturing the floor.
*Ensuring product compliance with international and national legislation and standards.
*Defining quality measures in conjunction with hourly associates.
*Understanding, evaluating, and executing the tests and procedures properly and investigating the product modifications.
*Maintaining and setting up documentation and control procedures.
*Determining relevant quality associated training requirements and delivering training.
*Contemplating the application of health and safety, and environmental standards.
Skills and Specifications
*Good interpersonal and communication skills.
*Ability to work as a part of a team.
Education and Qualifications
*Minimal three years experience in a metal stamping work place.
*Ability to work extended hours if required.
*Lifting of gages and manufacturing components
