Wheels is looking for Assistant/Shift Managers for their Danbury, Newtown, New Milford & Westport locations.
Assistant Manager:
Responsibilities include overseeing store employees, inventory control, loss prevention, customer retention, and all other store level operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in retail, along with some management experience, and excellent customer service skills. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Shift Manager:
Responsibilities include managing all store activities on their shift in regards to customer service, employee management, loss prevention/security and ensuring flawless execution of company programs. The Shift manager position is an entry level management position and will also include other management responsibilities that will prepare the Shift manager for later promotion. These responsibilities may include but are not limited to: retail accounting process, store audit control, cash audits, hiring, interviewing, training, employee discipline, payroll calculation and product ordering. Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
