Spartan is currently hiring for a Quality Assurance (QA) Technician in the Dinuba, CA area.  This is an outstanding opportunity to work as a temporary-to-hire position on 2nd Shift for a reputable company.

 

Job Description:

• Responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials and finished goods
• Assuring finished products are being manufactured following specification
• Inspect any product for weight, temperature, metal detector, packaging, and proper label being placed on package
• Ensure production areas are clean and they meet or exceed minimum requirements

 

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years Food production experience preferred
• Knowledge of HCACCP, GMP, SSOP is a plus
• Excellent Attendance, dependable transportation, flexible to work day or night shift
• Teamwork - exhibits objectivity openness to others ideas and try new things, follows instructions respects authority
• Safety - follows policies and procedures, safety awareness, and work within established safety practices on the job and wears safety equipment
• Physically able to handle repetitive movement, lifting, standing, bending, and reaching for entire 8 hour Shift
• Willing to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen

 

Pay Rate:  $13.00 per hour

Shift/Hours: 2nd Shifts, Monday-Friday
