About this job
A general contracting company located in South Central PA is looking for an Estimator to join their team. This position will be responsible for bidding commercial jobs from $10K to $5million. In order to be considered for the estimating role, the ideal candidate will possess about 2-6 years of experience bidding jobs within the same range; familiar with utilizing Timberline software; and have previously worked for a local general contractor.
Pay is commensurate with experience with a range of $50K to $60K - first shift hours - phone and other perks will be discussed in the interview. A degree in construction management is not required but is helpful - experience bidding health care jobs is also a plus (hospitals, medical buildings, assisted living facilities)
