About this job
- Customer Care Associate works on an operations team that strives to provide first call resolution to a specified set of customers
- This position primarily answers incoming calls for new and existing authorizations
- Responsibilities include documenting in the appropriate systems and ensuring high quality and accurate information is provided to callers
- expected to meet or exceed operations production and quality measures (See Attached)
Must have Health Care experience and Customer Service experience to be considered for this position. $14/hr. Certified Pharm Techs $15/hr.
Must have open availability 4am-midnight.
