Looking for a Collections Specialist who thrives in a high volume, high pressure environment.
Looking for someone with a high degree of empathy, knowledge, confidence and be comfortable in having difficult conversations with customers.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to proactively collaborate with delinquent customers, third parties and attorneys to initiate collections, retention or liquidation remedies.
Analytical and critical thinking skills
Working knowledge of personal computers using Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Lotus Notes a plus.
