The position is in one of Medline’s fastest growing and exciting divisions, Medline ReNewal. We are seeking a dynamic, hard working, individual capable of working within a large medical facility and Medline corporate office. You must be people-oriented with strong inter-personal skills and the ability to work independently. You must have a passion for environmental responsibility and cost containment. Responsibilities include:
· Work directly with the Medline ReNewal Product Manager on new 510k clearance launches and marketing initiatives.
· Grow reprocessing savings/sales in target accounts
· Play a key support role in Medline promo meetings and new hire/reprocessing coordinator trainings.
· Create and assist in the delivery of business reviews for key National Accounts
· Serve as a key team member and coordinator in national implementations
· Work with the product manager in the creation of new sales and marketing tools
· Work with ReNewal customer service in handling customer requests and obtaining purchased orders for completed orders.
· Work with the product manager in new item set up and updating of price file
· Communication and follow up of issues with resolution on a timely basis
Qualification

Requirements:
· Bachelors degree
· 1-2 years project management, inventory control or hospital administrative experience
· Proven ability to manage full life cycle projects and bring projects in on time
· Proven ability to be pro-active
· Experience successfully working with customers
· Ability to work with minimal supervision in a detail focused, results oriented environment.
· Skilled in problem solving techniques.
· Good Communication skills – written and verbal
· Outgoing and enjoys working with people
· Ability to build strong relationships over the phone and email, as well as face to face
· Looking to work as part of a team, and interested in advancement opportunities
· Strong customer service focus and experience required
· Ability to deal with difficult situations in a positive manner
· Ability to travel up to 60%
Computer Skills:
· The following proficiencies are required:
o MS Excel (Intermediate/Expert)
o MS Office (Intermediate/Expert)
o MS Word (Intermediate/Expert)
o SAP (Desirable, but not necessary)
