Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

CoWorx Staffing is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for our customer in the Fiskdale, MA area!

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Specialist-Spanish

The Customer Service Specialist will act as the primary bilingual resource to assist Spanish speaking customers in both verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities/Requirements for this position will include but are not limited to:

-Must have previous call center experience

-Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries

-Data entry duties utilizing MS Access 2007

-Assisting with front desk coverage when needed by maintaining multiple inbound calls and transferring calls appropriately

-Strong Spanish speaking skills

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and able to handle a variety of situations while keeping a professional demeanor. 2-5 years experience in a customer service office environment is required for this position. Candidates should have previous experience utilizing Excel, Word, and Outlook
