General Labor - Full-time / Part-time

Express Employment Professionals is looking for candidates who can follow company policies and procedures by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise/supplies, identifying shrink and damages, and ensuring a safe work environment. Candidates must stock and rotate merchandise, remove damaged or out-of-date goods, set up, clean, and organize product displays, sign and price merchandise appropriately, and secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise. Applicants will provide customer service by acknowledging the customer, identifying customer needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving customer issues and concerns, promoting products and services, and maintaining a safe shopping environment. You will also organize and maintain the backroom by following safety, cleaning and operating procedures, using equipment appropriately, setting up displays, maintaining modular integrity, receiving, sorting, staging and delivering merchandise; completing paperwork, logs, and other documentation.
