Pridestaff is seeking a Recruiting Assistant, Outside Sales Representative to join our team. We are looking for an energetic, goal-oriented individual with demonstrated success or propensity for selling, negotiating, influencing and problem-solving in a fast-paced business environment.

Recruiting Assistant - Outside Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities


As a Recruiting Assistant, you will be responsible for working in a fast pace office environment first for several months before moving to the field for outside sales. There you will help the recruiting team by greeting customers, answering phones, data entry, and assist with any recruiting. As a Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business and expanding our existing client base. In this role, you will make phone calls as well as in-person sales calls to generate orders from clients.

Additional responsibilities for the Outside Sales Representative will include:
  • Negotiating service rates and direct hire fees with clients
  • Attending meetings, trade shows and events
  • Planning and documenting all business development activities
  • Assist with recruiting and placement activities as necessary

Job Requirements

As a Recruiting Assistant and Outside Sales Representative, you must have a strong sales marketing or customer service background. At least 2 years inside or outside sales experience with a proven track record. We are looking for someone with high energy and a strong desire to succeed.
