HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST
Milwaukee area manufacturer is growing quickly and looking to add an HR Generalist to their dynamic team. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitoring and implementing policies and practices in all areas of Human Resources leadership.
- New Hire Orientations
- Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
- Ensures legal compliance with government laws and regulations covering the areas of OSHA, EEOC, safety, employment, wage and hour, worker’s compensation, FMLA, and plan administration for health and 401(K) plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required
- Minimum 4 to 6 years experience in Human Resources
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment highly desired
