Our work environment is fast-paced, fun, and full of exciting new projects. The Human Resources Coordinator is an integral part of our company. You will be responsible for providing support to the talent acquisition process through hiring activities. This position also facilitates a variety of logistical and recruitment activities and may be assigned special projects based on his/her unique abilities and interest and available time. Key Responsibilities: * Scheduling phone, video and in-person interviews for Recruiters and Hiring Managers * Meeting candidates for interviews and discussing the agenda for the day and expected follow-up and time frames * Documenting processes and contributing to the process improvement effort * Editing and posting positions to ATS accurately and within the specified time frame(s) with proper approval channels * Posting positions to external resources such as job boards, social networking sites, etc. * Coordinating background and reference checking processes * Arranging travel, transportation and accommodation * Creating and routing offer letters for approval * Managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously through to completion with high degree of accuracy with extremely tight deadlines Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience * At least one year of experience in a business or office environment utilizing the required customer service and administrative skills. * Exposure to project management principles and concepts is a plus * Demonstrate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and Google calendar * Extraordinarily organized, with effective time management and prioritization skills * Understanding of talent acquisition process activities and requisition management desired
