ManpowerGroup is seeking Customer Service Representatives to help support our client's team in Houston, TX. This is a temporary position with the opportunity of being retained for qualified candidates.
Recent Graduates and Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities:
-Answers telephone inquiries while promoting the organization's products and services
-Researches and resolves complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
-Consult with customers on various health benefit issues and help them make informed decisions
-Data entry of customer enrollments
Experience and Skills:
-Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED
-Bachelor's Degree preferred
-0-2 years customer service experience
-Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a customer service environment
1st and 2nd Shifts available. $13.50/hr
