This is a role that will allow you to use your customer service skills working for one of the nation' largest apparel and home furnishing retailers. As an inbound customer service center agent, you will make a difference every day by providing exceptional service and support to new and current customers.

Along with your customer service, retail, hospitality or call center experience, you will bring your product and service knowledge to the customer in meeting each customer's needs and goals.

You will WOW the customer by providing G.R.E.A.T. service and add on sales opportunities!

  • You will be providing G.R.E.A.T. customer service via phone and other media sources.

  • You will be operating a computerized system; communicating with customers regarding sales, tracking and shipping information, payments, adjustments and transportation information.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 6 months to 1 year of similar customer service experience.

  • The ability to appreciate the customer perspective and show empathy and patience, and to treat the customer the way that you want to be treated.

  • Good verbal and written communications skills, a positive attitude, the ability to approach issues with a positive "can-do" attitude and great listening skills.

  • The understanding of basic mathematical skills, including percentages.

  • Advanced customer relations skills using active listening, empathy, conflict resolution and organized problem solving skills.

  • Hours will vary but will average 25 to 35 hours per week, holidays and weekends will be required.

  • This is a temp to perm position.
