About this job

1.Driving the mobile unit to various locations in San Antonio, and surrounding areas including but not limited to the Greater Texas Market.

2.Drive the mobile clinic to and from the designated areas, complying with all motor vehicle codes and regulations.

3.Complies with departmental policies regarding attendance and dress code

4.Prepares the mobile clinic to receive staff, patients, and visitors

5.Demonstrates excellent customer service with patients and staff

6.Assists in safe unloading, assisting patients to mobile clinic, and assisting back to transportation.

7.Assist in patient intake (name, paperwork collection)

8.Communicates daily and directly with patients, visitors, providers and staff throughout the mobile clinics.

9.Maintains confidentiality of all materials handled within the department as well as proper release of information

10.Prepares the mobile clinic for next day clinic for readiness (generator, water, waste disposal)

11.Provide cleaning services during and after daily use of the mobile clinic or as directed

12.Secures the mobile clinic nightly at approved location site or at storage unit

13.Maintains mobile clinic maintenance records

14.Report minor mechanical preventative maintenance needs to the Director

15.Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Ability to work in all weather conditions

Customer service or transportation delivery experience

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to push or pull heavy objects using up to 75 pounds of force

Ability to sit for extended periods of time

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Ability to use fine motor skills to operate office equipment and/or machinery

Ability to properly drive and operate a company vehicle

Ability to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and/or in writing

Ability to use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solving

Requirements

- High school education or equivalent experience.
High School diploma or GED

For insurability purposes, must be at least 25 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and be able to pass a pre-employment and regularly scheduled post-employment Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) inquiries.

CDL Commercial Driver?s License

Three years? experience driving large vehicles (such as school bus, motor home, ambulance, etc.)
